We at BAFFLES-INC Business Hub believes in helping all customers as far as possible, and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons . In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy :
  • Domain Name Registration Services : Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be "cancelled" until the duration of the domain term has expired. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) organization and we do not have any control over.
  • Cancellation of service renewals for on-going website promotion, website hosting or domain registration services must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period.
  • Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those services that the BAFFLES-INC Business Hub had offered on promotional offer / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions.
  • BAFFLES-INC Business Hub also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.
Cancellation and Termination
  • You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account to your account manager is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancelation.
  • All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
  • If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and we will not be charge you again.
  • BAFFLES-INC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behaviour, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with BAFFLES-INC, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your PC Support Service.
  • Any use of software which is not legal may result in termination of your services and cancellation of your account by BAFFLES-INC.
  • BAFFLES-INC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
  • BAFFLES-INC reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes on our website BAFFLES-INC or by sending an e-mail to you at our registered account.
